Meeting notice:
The November meeting is on the first Friday in November, November 2, at our normal venue at Allnutt, 600 W. Drake in Fort Collins. Doors open at 6:00 for snacks, fellowship and tall tales or a coin deal, business meeting starts at 6:30, followed by the auction (lot listing attached).

Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday, February 15-17, Cheyenne Coin Club at the Red Lion (I-80 and US-85).
Friday afternoon, March 22 through Sunday, March 24, our annual Spring 3-day show at the Ranch at the Larimer County Fairgrounds

Minutes from the October 5 meeting:
28 members in attendance, with 2 new members signing up. Welcome to Karen B. and Moby W!. We now have 72 paid up and life members.
The attendance prize of one ounce of silver was won by —- new member Karen B! The $20 membership prize was NOT won – sorry to Bill M!
Treasurer Carl D. gave his report, cash details are in the minute book.
President Dan Y. reported on the need for us to find another meeting place starting in January. Thanks to the hard work of Ken S. and Dan Y., we have found two choices: The Fort Collins Senior Center and the Fort Collins VFW. A vote will be held at the November 2 meeting.
Thanks to Dan Y. for an interesting talk on counterfeits, including the “Henning” nickels.

Christmas Party – same time and place, repeating last month’s reminder:
Well, its not “Party Like its 1999”, but it will be on Friday, December 14 at the Fort Collins VFW Hall. That’s a week later than normal, but it was moved to avoid conflicting with the VFW and Pearl Harbor Day. Details to come, but mark your calendars. No charge to members and their guests, club provides catered food and cool coin related and silver BINGO! prizes. Come hungry!
